We recently purchased a vehicle from BMW of Akron, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. My 18-year-old daughter paid cash for a $12,000 car—this was a huge, exciting milestone for her—and i the experience was incredibly disappointing. My 18-year-old daughter paid cash for a $12,000 car—this was a huge, exciting milestone for her—and instead of feeling supported, she was made to feel like she didn’t matter. We worked with two salespeople, and Michelle, who ultimately handled the deal, was completely unresponsive. Simple questions (like whether the car even had an oil change) were ignored. To make matters worse, we were told to bring a cashier’s check for the wrong amount, causing my daughter to overpay by nearly $200. It was eventually refunded, but it added unnecessary stress to what should have been a special moment. When we arrived, there wasn’t even a finance manager available. The only positive was the sales manager who stepped in and treated us with professionalism. I’m currently shopping for a new vehicle with my lease on my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus ending, and we had planned on buying a BMW. After this experience, we will absolutely be going elsewhere. This should have been a memorable experience for my daughter—instead, it was frustrating and disappointing. More

Highly suggest their service department, have been bringing my 750LI here for years. Their service department beats any other hands down. If you're on the fence between a Mercedes and BMW, go BMW. I purchased a 2025 Mercedes E450 wagon and dumped it after 6 months due to poor service from Mercedes as well as tire issues and check engine lights. BMW has been bullet proof. Don't waste your time and money. Go BMW. Their service department is a pleasure to work with and the same people work on my car. More

Tanner was an extremely helpful representative and truly went above and beyond during my buying experience. He made the process smooth and positive. That said, my experience with the warranty presentatio went above and beyond during my buying experience. He made the process smooth and positive. I felt the finance portion was somewhat exaggerated and came across as more sales-driven than informative, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, while the car was detailed prior to delivery, there were still a few small areas that were not fully cleaned and were things I easily addressed myself once I got home. More
