terrible service leased vehicle broke down and was brought to this facility. Spoke with an advisor who promised to have the vehicle locked at that day. Received a phone call that night saying that due to delays service would performed the next day. Its been a week now I have yet to hear anything from the dealership. Have called a dozen times, the service advisor, the main service line and left messages. No one is returning my calls. Have had several prior poor experiences. Before you buy or lease a BMW - beware ! More

It seems these people take every opportunity to ridicule owners ! Sounds also like since they can not have the pleasure and opportunity of owning a BMW THEY MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO DEMORALIZE YOU WE SAY TO ALL BMW OWNERS ( for decades) especially disregard all the disrespect by the trio there (they know who they are ) and seek other avenues for service and write to BMW USA More
Just an oil change! This is in San Antonio, TX. My appointment was at 8:00 am for an oil change. I had to go to work by 11:00, Elizabeth gave me a loaner for the day. This is in San Antonio, TX. My appointment was at 8:00 am for an oil change. I had to go to work by 11:00, Elizabeth gave me a loaner for the day. She said they will call me when it's ready. Next day I call around 9 am to check up on my car. They haven't even touched the car. It's an oil change! Wow, they really think we have all day. They told me it usually takes about a day for that service. That's not true. I got one last year it went smooth. They just forgot about my car! Ryan Mararac is so rude. Likes to talk over clients. He is very detailed orientated and each time I go for service, he takes his time to explain whats wrong with my car, the repairs and steps necessary to get the work done and when he expects the work to be finished. They also provide you with a loaner and if they don't have one available they will shuttle to your destination (courtesy of" Louis and walter" thanks guys.) They are also super friendly and always makes you feel welcome. More

doesn't provide loaners as promised, rude, I have scheduled service with this dealership 4 times. Three of the times they called me the morning of the service to inform me the promised loaner I have scheduled service with this dealership 4 times. Three of the times they called me the morning of the service to inform me the promised loaner would not be provided. The only reason I got a loaner the other time was because they had rescheduled so often. They also did not perform some of the work I had requested. First, my right front wheel makes a loud hum that resonates especially between 40 and 60 mph. They said they had fixed it, but when the car was returned the hum was even louder and there was more vibration. I also asked them to check a time that was requiring air every 2 to 3 days. When the car was returned the low tire pressure light for that tire turned on again within 50 miles, and now requires air twice a day. It has now been 5 days and the dealership cannot provide an appointment with a loaner. It's service manager, Dave Rogers, told me I can rent a car at my own expense until they have room for me - the fact that the care has a non functional tire is my problem, not theirs. And yes, the vehicle is under warranty and I have a tire and wheel package through BMW. Mr. Rogers was rude right from the beginning of the call, with the attitude that scheduling issues were his customers' problem because he was doing the best he could. More

Incompetent service reps...don't understand the technology esp. Bluetooth. Minor repairs take weeks. Three days to identify problem, three days elapse before even ordering part, part has to c technology esp. Bluetooth. Minor repairs take weeks. Three days to identify problem, three days elapse before even ordering part, part has to come from Germany for another 10 day wait ( or months if backordered). No loaner cars whenever I go for maintenance (wait is beyond month) and policy is no loaner car if you have insurance coverage. Their customer service is so bad I assume they think they have a captive clientele but you can go to BMW Mt Kisco or Darien for better service. More
