Clean, friendly and professional staff and very efficient. I was told the NY inspection would take about an hour and much to my surprise it took less than 30 minutes. This was my first visit to this BMW center and I did have some confusion when I arrived. I had the understanding my appointment was that day and they had me booked for the following weekend. JR (William), my service rep that day, didn’t blink twice and took me right in and serviced my car and within two hours I was on my way with a clean, vacuumed car. UnCompassionate, inpatient 93 degress... When picking up a loaner and transporting my things along with 2 small children. One of the guys turned the AC off and I was unaware. I 93 degress... Transferred the sleeping children last.. THEY WERE DRENCHED! OF COURSE any parent would be excited and upset. WHY DID THEY TURN OFF THE CAR. Jason told me to move on, it's not that serious, the kid is ok, and stop being loud. He is a clearly uncompationate about how careless this matter is in the 90 degree weather! What was the rush! It wasn't a lot of cars. More

Received a phone call that night saying that due to delays service would performed the next day. Its been a week now I have yet to hear anything from the dealership. Have called a dozen times, the service advisor, the main service line and left messages. No one is returning my calls. Have had several prior poor experiences. Before you buy or lease a BMW - beware ! More

It seems these people take every opportunity to ridicule owners ! Sounds also like since they can not have the pleasure and opportunity of owning a BMW THEY MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO DEMORALIZE YOU WE SAY TO ALL BMW OWNERS ( for decades) especially disregard all the disrespect by the trio there (they know who they are ) and seek other avenues for service and write to BMW USA More
