Made an appointment and when my vehicle was towed in they had not record of the appointment. They called to confirm my appointment and I indicated to them that the vehicle had been towed in and was already had not record of the appointment. They called to confirm my appointment and I indicated to them that the vehicle had been towed in and was already there. Was then told who my adviser was. Called numerous times to get a status update and calls were not returned. When I finally got through to the receptionist I was told the adviser was not in and the car was being brought in for evaluation (10:30 AM). When I did not hear from the new adviser I tried calling again and got hung up in an endless loop of automated no one answering. Tried again several hours later and again an endless loop of automation. Next day after trying to speak to a live person by phone I decided to go to the facility. When I arrived I was sent back to the original adviser. They had not looked at the car and had no record of the appointment. I showed my confirmation of the appointment, that was on my cell phone, to the adviser. Excuses galore. They said they would check it right away. I came back in about 2 hours and they had done the diagnosis confirming my suspicions. A lot of very expensive other service was recommended. The paperwork was a bit confusing and turns out that there were two different quotes for the same service. Ultimately they charged the higher price and explained that the other was a clerical error. I do not plan on returning to this Service Center and I would not recommend it to others. More
While the service center facility was extremely impressive, the service I received here was just plain awful. After years of owning several brands of cars and going to every brand of service cente impressive, the service I received here was just plain awful. After years of owning several brands of cars and going to every brand of service center from Valvoline to Midas to Firestone to Toyota, I have never felt less valued as a customer for several reasons: (1) Appointments and timing mean nothing to these people: My 7:30 a.m. appointment for a VERY minor service (oil change and brief diagnostic) didn't actually happen until 8:10 a.m., and the shuttle service caused enormous delays that they did not warn me about ahead of time nor give me any accurate update about, causing me to miss 2 appointments in the afternoon and nearly make me late for a 3rd. (2) Once a mistake is made, they do not acknowledge it and instead try to blame others before trying to fix the problem: They did not acknowledge the issues when I returned to the BMW center until I mentioned them, and when I did, they simply blamed it on either management, the hired shuttle service, or traffic. (3) They are incredibly expensive and throw in tons of 'possible' fixes you can make without identifying which ones are actually necessary. When I got my call from my service consultant, he rattled off a ton of work that needed to be done to my car without having concrete prices for me or being able to clearly identify the level of necessity of each of the work items (I guess simply assuming that I would purchase it anyway). When I asked him to send me an e-mail with the list so I could look it up myself, he said OK, but never sent the e-mail (I still haven't received it). (4) The manager did not acknowledge any of the problems until I left a note at the front desk asking him to call me. When he did, he seemed more interested in getting me off the phone by offering me small credits for my next service than actually FIXING the problem by comping the 30 minutes worth of labor that they had done that day. Even though he gave me a free oil change for next time, I'm wary of going back because it might be worth the $80 to me to go somewhere else and not waste my entire day. Oh, and you know how BMW "Washes" your car at the end of your service? It's a nice perk. Except when they leave things like bird poop on your driver side door. I would avoid this service center and go to another European specialist in the area. They will almost certainly be cheaper, faster, and more professional. And you almost certainly won't feel like a sheep being herded through a broken organizational system. More
Frank is an excellent person to deal with in all aspects of life. He took the time to find out what was important to my wife and I and then took us through the process clearly and quickly. To give you an of life. He took the time to find out what was important to my wife and I and then took us through the process clearly and quickly. To give you an idea of how he went the extra mile he even came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly with the delivery of our X3. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with Frank and everyone at the dealership. I do not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family & associates. More
I liked the way place looked very clean. Will comeback for future repairs. The payment window is a little small it could use a bigger space for placing items when signing or paying. The amenities were good, the snacks, the coffee, but a little restrictive, you need more room to walk by the snacks. More
