I went for an appointment to replace my old battery by a new one. The process was contactless and you signed documents by your cell phone. They also asked you to pay by the cell phone also. Needed factory provided front license plate holder installed. Period. Nothing else. Two(2) hours later service rep appears with invoice saying all is fine with my car and they found no problem with st installed. Period. Nothing else. Two(2) hours later service rep appears with invoice saying all is fine with my car and they found no problem with steering or driveability issues. I never had any such issues as my car was only 6 weeks old straight from an authorized BMW dealership in New Jersey. Tep apologized saying service writer got mb e mixed up with another customer. That's BS. They wrote up a bogus service complaint to charge BMW because car was spank brand new and under factory warranty. Obviously they wanted to charge something more for putting on my license plate frame. More

I visited BMW of Greenwich on 12/31/20 at 7:30 am. My vehicle service was performed while I waited. Very satisfied-I plan to return to have tires replaced and aligned soon.
