BMW of Wichita Service came thru in a truly professional manor after my newly purchased ‘18 BMW 330xi CPO (purchased at Baron in KC) had a completely unexpected engine failure and required a new motor under manor after my newly purchased ‘18 BMW 330xi CPO (purchased at Baron in KC) had a completely unexpected engine failure and required a new motor under warranty. Not only was my car diagnosed & new motor delivered & installed quickly, but both Christian Mellinger (service advisor) and the technician who worked on my car were 100% professionals and kept me informed every step of the way. I have nothing but good things to say about BMW of Wichita’s Service Department and will be gladly using them again in the future. More
Worst dealership I dealt with all my life ( shayne McKenzie) made my satisfaction drop from 99 to 0 % had 3 problems with dealership. they gave me a used product that was supposed to be new. The told me the dealership is open for parts when it was closed I called the manager to complain but he said he cant do anything and doesnt know why people expect more from bmw dealership and that he cant help me in anyways and make it up Of course people expect more from BMW that is no a question More

Poor service Customer care was not good. I bought an expensive BMW, was promised to have a windshield replaced and they did not honor that in the end. Whenever pul Customer care was not good. Whenever pulling In to the garage for service I am never greeted by anyone, any other dealerships I see have done so, looks a lot more professional to me for an expensive car. Service has always been not good through the years of being with them 🙁 More
