I had car towed in, and Christian had me sign for a $199 “comprehensive diagnostic”! All they delivered was a “diagnostic history” from when the car was built, but nothing for the time they had it for serv “comprehensive diagnostic”! All they delivered was a “diagnostic history” from when the car was built, but nothing for the time they had it for service! Then they told me I needed an “engine replacement” on a car that has no history of engine problems. If I was not in Wichita for a funeral, I’d take them to court! They should be ashamed! More

It took over a month to get my car in to get fixed. The repair was from something the mechanics forgot to tighten from a previous repair. Right after the first repair, I called and left messages, texted the number they text me on to approve repaires, no return calls or text. Finally I got on line to make the appointment. More
