BMW MINI of Wichita

I don't think the rating choices here are reasonable. I showed up for service and the bay was closed, door was locked with a note of "Gone for the day". Ended up having to driver over to the BMW side after searching an empty mini building for someone who could help. Austin was put in a weird situation and did a great job of helping us out. Austin was super helpful and it all worked out. Just don't understand why I was scheduled to a building that noone was work at. I really can't evaluate anything else on the experience with Mini since I never interacted with anyone there. More

Service was excellent. I checked on a MX5 that was on your website with Jesus. It wasn’t on the lot because it just had been purchased out of state. Brian was great, no hassle, we knew in advance what we wanted, so that helped. Most of the time your there all day, we were there for 3 hours, which really isn't that bad, but would like it to take less wanted, so that helped.
