Shane is always extremely professional yet he provides service as though he were a close friend. The support staff have always been friendly and extremely helpful. I am so impressed with the manner in which Chris Mohr and BMW Concord conduct business that I have chosen to writ about my experience. Before relocating from New York City to the Bay Area, I decided to move forward with the lease of a new BMW 335i sedan and received two very similar quotes: one from BMW Concord and one from another Bay Area dealership. Throughout the entire process Chris Mohr at BMW Concord had been very upfront and honest, and he always promptly returned phone calls and e-mails to provide whatever information I'd asked for. The other dealer, on the other hand, was a bit of a struggle to deal with, and I never got the sense that I was being treated as a customer should be treated. Despite this, I chose to lease the vehicle from the other dealership, simply because they were located in the south bay, which was closer to where I would be living. After trying unsuccessfully, on two separate occasions, to call the other dealer and make a down payment to secure the vehicle, I became extremely frustrated. They didn't return phone calls when they said they would, they were slow with e-mail, and I felt as if I had to hound them to let me lease the vehicle. My frustration peaked when I was told to wait 5 minutes for a return phone call and waited nearly 2 hours. I decided to call Chris, explained to him the situation, and told him I'd like to lease the car from him. He was very polite and courteous, and he immediately began the process of securing the car for me. He even went so far as to offer to bring the vehicle to me when it was ready, since it was going to be difficult for me to arrange a ride to BMW Concord to take delivery. In summary, the other dealership shot themselves in the foot. There was very little left for them to do, other than take my money, and provide a minimum level of customer service, which, amazingly, they did not do. I can honestly say that Chris Mohr made the difference and is the reason I leased my 335i from BMW Concord. He was knowledgeable, upfront, honest and courteous and he responded to each of my questions very accurately and promptly. Dealing with BMW Concord has been a refreshing and completely pleasurable experience and I will gladly recommend Chris Mohr to family, friends, colleagues, or anyone else interested in purchasing or leasing a BMW. More

I bought a Mini Clubman from this dealership through their internet salesperson Raymond Manas. Although he was much more familiar with BMW's, he managed to complete my order correctly. I paid full sticker, and did not try to deal on the car, making it the easiest sale he's ever had. The car came in with spiral scratches on the hood in two places. They were fairly small, and I said I would take $500 instead of them repainting the hood as Raymond had mentioned. He said no, it came from the factory like that and they have to have a factory rep come out and arrange for it to be repainted. He'll make sure it gets done ASAP, "definitely within the next few weeks." Three months later, Raymond Manas has not returned my phone calls or emails, and the scratches are still present. He was all about his big promises before the papers were signed, but once he got his easy sale, he was nowhere to be seen. My next step is to move on to the general manager at the dealership. Hopefully he does not share the same poor customer service attitude that his employees have. More

I have had three previous bad experiences with these guys. (1) 1990 735i - They tried to charge me twice for transportation charges. (2) 2002 330i - Bate and Switch, changed the price on delivery $1,000 guys. (1) 1990 735i - They tried to charge me twice for transportation charges. This time was the worst of all and shame on me for being so stupid. My neighber and I were each buying 2007 3's on a all or nothing deal. I told the internet manager about my first two experiences. My neighbor told him about his one and only previous bad experience. He said, "It will never happen with me." We agreed on the price, signed the orders, wrote the deposit checks, life was good. Now, it's time to pick up the cars. Oh, demand has changed, so the price now goes up $800 each, take it or we will be happy to sell your cars to someone else. These guys are sleazy liars. Three strikes and you are out. Never, Never, Never Again!! More

They changed the price of the car between what was agreed and what they put on the forms. The sales / finance guy increased the price by $2,500 and hid it under financing. The finance guy is a slime, he didn't appologise instead said, you were getting a great deal, only marking an M3 $2,500 over sticker! MORON! Yes I'm still mad at him. More
We have bought what is coming up to be 8 cars from this dealership and this one salesman. We have never had a problem, always given loaner cars when a car was in for service and we are always impressed wh dealership and this one salesman. If a car needs service, they'll come pick it up for us at our home or office (nearly 30 minutes away) and leave is with a loaner. Repairs are always done on time and actually fix the problem.<br><br>Mike Heller is an absolute gem - he has always been very candid with us and will explain everything to us. He is now a close family friend with whom we are on a first name basis. The best dealership and the best salesman I have ever dealt with...period. <br><br>Reading some of the previous reviews about the "buy it or the guy over there will" - it's true, I've seen it happen on numerous occasions. For example, one of our cars was ordered and came in incorrectly so we couldn't take delivery. Within five minutes, the car was sold to another person. I've dealt exclusively with Mike Heller in sales and recommend him to EVERYONE interested in buying a BMW in our area. More
