I was very disappointed not only with the vehicle I purchased, but moreover, the service. I flew from South Dakota and was not picked up for over 2 hours. No calls or texts returned. The vehicle was not in the condition that was promised. The pictures were obviously either modified or strategically taken to not show the extensive damage. Ex: The rear left taillight was completely broken, but not shown in any pictures. They were continually unwilling to help through the entire process and I urge anyone considering a vehicle here to reconsider. Do not let the cheap prices convince you otherwise. More

Purchased a 2004 saab from these guys, turned out to be the biggest pile of junk ever! Online photographs of the car were misleading. Car appeared in the photographs to be in excellent condition. When I finally received my vehicle after having it shipped to me, the car had no passenger mirror, the radio did not work (saabs run and operate through the radio system), I had to replace the tire rod ends and brakes within a weeks time, the ac compressor went after 1 month.The vehicle also had multiple electrical issues. The saleman here are terrible and untruthful! I had the car less than 2 months before trading it in. More

2008 BMW 535 ix my wife picked the car up in Cleveland. Obvious bad body work on the front hood. Steve put extremely cheap tires on to make up for the poor condition of the car at up. Spent $900 on the way home in Columbus on new tires. List of problems not disclosed 1. Spare tire missing 2. Air Conditioning not working 3. Car leaking antifreeze, must be filled every three days 4. Car leaking washer fluid must be filled regardless of use 5. Poor body work on the hood Many other issues. I would watch out for this dealership and never buy a car from them that you have not seen. In my opinion very shady. Considering legal action. More
