I purchased a 2012 Mercedes S550 for $59,500 on January 7, 2014. I flew from Southern California to inspect the vehicle and was assured the issues I raised would be addressed before shipment. I was told that a rear tire needed to be replaced and one wheel needed repair that would result in a delay. The vehicle was delivered several weeks later...one tire was flat, the emergency brake was locked up, and the inside was filthy. I took the vehicle to Mercedes Benz of Ontario (California) and learned the new rear tire was the wrong size...that there were two different sized wheels on the rear axles, one was 275/35/20 and the other 255/35/20. Further, two of the wheels on the vehicle were cracked and would not hold air. The onboard computer indicated the vehicle was 7700 miles past due on its' Schedule C Maintenance, an item brought to Mr. McIntyre's attention prior to taking delivery...I was assured this would be taken care of. I replaced the wheels with refurbished rims and new tires. The emergency brake issue was covered under warranty. The local dealer resolved the maintenance issues. The owner manuals promised in the sales agreement were never received and I was able to obtain a used set online. This information was provided to Autos Direct Online in a letter dated February 7th to which there has been no response. Further, they have been unresponsive to several additional telephone calls. My advice to anyone considering the purchase of a high end vehicle from this organization is...DON'T !!! More

Ryan worked with me closely on a pickup date on my G35, which was 3 weeks after the eBay auction because of my work schedule. Dan then set me up with financing that beat what i had already in place. Ryan set me up with new brake pads (old ones were worn out), an oil change for the 750 mile road trip ahead and quickly fixed a minor problem with a splash shield that had come loose. Sales associate did not Keep his end of the deal. The car was delivered dirty(interior), and with a promise to replace a faulty key, and buff out the headlights of the vehicle.
