watch out!!!!! Take your money elswhere EBAY BUYERS!!!!!!They will sell you a car and hold on to it as much as possible to avoid any claims with eBay under the "vehicle Protection guarantee" EBAY BUYERS!!!!!!They will sell you a car and hold on to it as much as possible to avoid any claims with eBay under the "vehicle Protection guarantee". Which Specifies that you would need to file a claim within 45 days of the listing closing date. Anything after that will not qualify under the requirements. They promised they would fix and even ask me not to get eBay involved until I felt it was absolutely necessary. When I purchased the vehicle they asked me if they can do repairs to the transmission which took 3 weeks. So i didn't get my Auto delivered until a month later. When i received it, it was filthy everywhere and it had body damage. They assured me they would fix it and put the blame on the transport company but the transport sent me the documents where they signed off on the damaged area and even took pics. Now after the 45 day mark, they return my calls or even reply to my e-mails. I looked at the forums where they do this quit often. So if you happen to buy a vehicle from and they want to hold on to it....File a claim and it will be in pending status where they will give them a certain time to finish the job. Or get kicked out of E Bay which is they're bread and butter. Don't let them convince you not to notify eBay. More
DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOS DIRECT ONLINE! I have sunk $9,000 into repairs on this vehicle and I have only been able to take care of the engine/trannsmission problems. I still have electrical and 4x4 problems. Also they told me my vehicle would have features that it does not. needless to say there was constant contact by me trying to figure out a way to fix this and all that happened was Autos Direct would IGNORE me, make promises they could not keep, and LIE to me. Out of nearly 100 calls only about 1/6 where answered and that was so they could feed me lines of crap. This company will do anything to screw you over so they can make the biggest buck off you! FYI Autos Direct Online pays customers to leave good reviews on this site and several other sites. check places like BBB before you buy and you will see more negative reviews then positive. They have an F rating on BBB! STAY AWAY! More

Much to my surprise the complete transaction was very smooth and easy. The vehicle was exactly as described. The sales staff and finance staff were very courteous and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and to arrange financing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. The vehicle had a couple small issues with it and the salesman quickly pointed them out to me and setup for them to be repaired. I would buy from them again and again. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The car is gorgeous, the repairs it needs (airbag and alignment) will be covered and they were proactive about contacting the Lincoln dealer that's fixing it, the service was great from everyone, and the whole process went smoothly, they made us more comfortable than they had to about buying a used car! We will most certainly be going back to buy our next car! It's definitely worth the trip! More
Great Vehicle, but with several problems. I recently bought a 2006 Hummer H3 from this dealership. From the start the salesman Dave was nice and helped me witht he selection and down payment I recently bought a 2006 Hummer H3 from this dealership. From the start the salesman Dave was nice and helped me witht he selection and down payment of my vehicle. I was schedueled to pick it up one week later with the rest of the down payment. Over the next week I began texting the salesman and leaving voice mails with different questions about the vehicle and each time did not receive any response. The day I was scheduled to pick the vehicle up the repair they needed to do hadn't even been started and I had to wait an additional day. At the time of pick up the financing Manager was very nice and promptly took care of all the paperwork. However the price of the vehicle had gone up a 1000 dollars of what was quoted to me over the phone and online due to me using bank financing and they charge 1800 dollars to auto direct for the loan I was told. We agreed upon 500 less (I'm assuming they simply wanted me to pay for the repair cost they just performed b4 selling me a new/used vehicle). I left the dealership with a great vehicle and looked forward to driving it every day. However the next day it rained and I noticed a pool of water inside my vehicle driver's seat. Just bought the thing and I have to deal with repairs immediately. I called the dealership and told them of the problem, along with the door handle that needed to be replaced as was discussed at the buying time. I was told there was no record of the door handle being ordered. (Mind u this is 1 1/2 weeks after owning it). Scott the service manager said he would call me back later that day. Never got a call back -AGAIN- As of this point I still don't have an answer and my vehicle is still taking water damage with no door handle. I cannot recommend anyone ever purchase a vehicle here. If u do apparently u are on your own. More

I live in NY I flew to Ohio to look at the truck before I bought it like anybody would do, I checked it out and pointed out a few things that need to be done, the sales man told me that he take care of them. When i picked it up partial work was done, truck was so dirty and had a major engine leak. When i complained about the repair that was done the sales man told that I shouldn't be complaining because I'm getting a bargain. By the time i get to NY with the truck, check engine light was on, major oil leak, engine mount busted. This WHAT I GET FOR SPENDING $21,000. More
