We have the utmost empathy for this client. We have recently hired 2 additional quality control employees to ensure that this does not happen moving forward. This vehicle was driven by this reviewer for 2 weeks prior to the transmission failing, and this is extremely unfortunate. We would like to point out that we do offer extended warranty agreements on all of our vehicles, as well as suggesting a third-party inspection prior to purchasing. We currently sell approximately 200-250 vehicles per month, and although this particular situation is unfortunate, any potential future clients can see by reading the other reviews posted on this site that we do an exceptional job of making sure we are taking every possible measure to ensure a great experience for our clients!
