After explaining my situation with my current vehicle, they were extremely upfront on what they could give me for my car, no BS, came out and told me what they thought they could get out of the vehicle and gave their highest price. I spoke to another dealer who offered me 2k under what Jaun from autos direct online did, and as soon as i told them that they jumped the price to match, needless to say I went with Juan. I had been looking to buy SUV for nearly 4 months. The was was very well represented on their website with 40 pictures! I am from the west side of Indiana and for the most part bought the car sight unseen. Only going by the pictures they did a great job. The only thing I have to say is this being my first purchase I had a lot of questions that could have answered in alternative means. A bit more organization would have been great but nothing that salted the overall experience I had. I have told everyone I know about Autos Direct Online.
