We had been looking for a car for our teenage daughter for a few months and had finally decided we would try to find a used Acura MDX because of their safety and reliability. After checking out a few at the Pre-Owned portion of local dealerships we were a bit disillusioned by the prices they were asking for the quality of the car. We opened our search at Cars.com up to any distance and quickly found some nice options at Autos Direct Online. After reading their reviews we felt pretty comfortable with them and went to look, after confirming they were still available. We ended up buying a 2002 Acura MDX in good shape for a very fair price from Dave. Juan helped us out with our final paperwork when we went back to get it and also gave us the suggestion to call the dealership on the Carfax that performed the service work about whether the timing belt was replaced or not. That was really helpful since the dealership had already done it, saving us a good amount of money. This dealership is not fancy and the cars can be pretty spread out around the lot. Don't expect a salesman to hold your hand and not help anyone else, they are busy, but they will help and answer any questions you have. It helps if you do your homework before you go, know what you are interested in, and what competitor's prices are, ADO are most likely lower and can prove it. They are very open about operating on volume to keep their prices down, with lower profit margins. We would definitely buy there again. More

Please don't buy from these guys. Please don't do it! I spend 3 weeks reading their bad reviews online and yet I was drawn in by the price of the car. I bought a 2010 Mercedes C300 AWD. The price was too g spend 3 weeks reading their bad reviews online and yet I was drawn in by the price of the car. I bought a 2010 Mercedes C300 AWD. The price was too good to be true. And so it was. I got a friendly rep until I paid the deposit, then total silence and ignorance. I was assured that they will detail the car and change a bearing. When I got there, none of these was done and I was told that the bearing did not need to be changed but a tire was the reason for the noise. The price was too too good so I took the car thinking that what is another couple hundreds if I have to change the bearing. I bought 4 new Michelin tires and the noise went away. You have no idea how happy I was. I thought I got the deal of the century. One thing!!!!! they give you a 1,000 mile or 30 day warranty BUT BUT BUT be aware, the miles on the titlework is not the actual miles. It is at least 1,000 miles more since the car has been tested by others and driven by their staff as well. YES, you heard it right, the warranty expires as soon as the ink dries on that piece of paper. Good luck suing. A week after I got the car, the shift stick gear broke down and got stuck, would not move at all. I had to replace the change gear box $1,200. Stilll, a good price since I bought it a couple fo thousands below the comparable prices around. But, 2 weeks later (mind you I did not drive the car too much) there was oil leaking under the car in the garage, and long behold!!!! the transmission was tampered with so that they could sale it. I need now to change the transmission (on a 2010 car!!!). I don;t even go on, but do yourself a favor, avoid these guys. They do not return emails or phone calls. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY SOLD YOU and that's why they avoid returning your calls. More
