I contacted Autos Direct Online, and spoke with Juan Rosario. Juan setup a time for us to meet, and test drive the Acura RSX 2003. I was sold. Juan made the sale easy and fast for us. I had been too a few car lots, and was greeted with high pressure sales tactics, I did NOT have that with Autos Direct Online, everyone was kind. I would recommend Autos Direct Online to everyone for their next car, And ask for Juan. More
I had been looking for a car for about a year and had always checked out Autos Direct Online. They always had nice cars with very good prices. I came across two nice looking Cadillac's and called Julie f always checked out Autos Direct Online. They always had nice cars with very good prices. I came across two nice looking Cadillac's and called Julie for an appointment. She was very helpful and we set up a test drive for Saturday. I got there early and the place was starting to fill up with customers. She took me in and we got the ball rolling she answered all of my questions and walked me thru the process. I took the 2007 Cadillac xxx out for a test drive, came back in and we started the paperwork to finish up the deal. All and all It took about an hour and a half from start to finish and the car is better then I expected!! I would recommend Autos Direct Online to anyone looking for a used car at a great price. More
BUYERS BEWARE of Julie Turner & Juan Rosario; My BUYERS BEWARE of Julie Turner & Juan Rosario; My encounter with Autos Direct Online was and is an ongoing NIGHTMARE. I put a $500 deposit on a 2003 BUYERS BEWARE of Julie Turner & Juan Rosario; My encounter with Autos Direct Online was and is an ongoing NIGHTMARE. I put a $500 deposit on a 2003 Acura RSX with expectations that it was in the condition described over the phone by sales agent Julie Turner. I informed Julie that I lived an hour north of Detroit and wanted her to be completely honest regarding the condition of the vehicle before I put a $500 deposit on the vehicle. Julie went on to say she did not want to waste my time or hers by telling me what I wanted to hear. Julie answered my detailed questions regarding the vehicles paint & exterior condition by stating the vehicle “had never been repainted and it did not have any door dings”. I informed that I would not put a $500 deposit on an automobile with these conditions. I trusted Julie and supplied a $500 deposit to purchase the car. But upon arriving and viewing the car at their dealership in Cleveland, I was shocked and appalled by the exterior condition. The vehicle had (2) 3” door “dents” (not dings) on the passenger & driver sides. Also, I pointed out to Julie that the passenger rear quarter panel had been damaged, repaired & repainted leaving a 12” round area of “orange peel” paint imperfection, clearly noticeable by the naked eye. Other defects included bumper scratches that looked as if they were “touched up” with a ½’ wide paint brush. These defects were not mentioned in the online vehicle description, were not captured by the photos and were not disclosed by the sales person - Julie Turner. A quote from the “DealerRater” page on the Autos Direct Online states the following: “You will also find an honest, low- pressure sales approach from our friendly staff, and an accurate, forthright representation of that particular vehicle in our descriptions, including any defects or flaws”. I have asked Autos Direct Online to return my $500 deposit base on the fraudulent description supplied over the phone by the sales person Julie Turner. Julie stated that the deposit was nonrefundable that the Auto Direct Online management must approve all return of deposits. I have waited 2 weeks without a response or return of deposit. All my calls go directly to Julie Turner’s or her manager Juan Rosario’s voicemail with no return call. My husband and I puchased a 2012 Toyota Tundra CrewMax Platinum 4 x 4 truck from Autos Direct Online. The truck was an extremely rare and hard-to-find vehicle, and we got it from ADO for $3,500 less than Platinum 4 x 4 truck from Autos Direct Online. The truck was an extremely rare and hard-to-find vehicle, and we got it from ADO for $3,500 less than any other dealer was offering similar vehicles for sale. The truck came with two sets of floormats, and was in excellent condition when we arrived in Cleveland to take delivery. The dealership sent a shuttle to the airport to get us, and the transaction was extremely smooth. Our salesperson, Juan, was extremely communicative and helpful. Excellent experience, great service, exceptional vehicle. The gas tank was on E when we bought it, but for the price we paid I could afford that tank of gas! More

My overall experience was fine. We got a good car at a fair price. I had to put my own money in the gas tank to test drive a car due to the fact it was on E! That just made the dealership feel cheap. I much prefer the experience of a traditional car lot, however I did like the speed of the transaction. The workers were all very friendly and Julie Turner did a great job. More

I recently purchased a 2005 Ford Expedition from Autos Direct online, and I have to the say the transaction exceeded my expectations. My salesman, Juan Rosario was both responsive and available which mad Direct online, and I have to the say the transaction exceeded my expectations. The vehicle was as advertised (actually better than expected) with no surprises. Long story short, clean low millage vehicle at great price! More
