Unfortunately, I had am and still having a terrible experience with this company since delivery of my car last December. From the first time I called them till the day I recieved the car I was told the experience with this company since delivery of my car last December. From the first time I called them till the day I recieved the car I was told the car was “good to go”. Instead upon arrival several things were amiss!! The car had been in a wreck, nicely repaired, but several obvious parts missing that had resulted in serious damage to the car prior to its delivery, the odometer reading given to me and on the title sent to me by ADO was erroneous with over 1000 miles additionally driven!!,the pictures that they had posted on line and sent to me were misleading (cropped down to avoid showing missing eparts under the hood, and there were parts boxes in the car from at a repair shop a few miles from them, evedence that they had tried to make some repairs to the car that they did not report to me. As a result the car sold to me be ADO has not been driven more than 10 miles and remains inoperable and in the mechanic shop while legal action takes place. This outfit, as far as I can tell from the behavior they have exhibited in my case, are interested in one thing getting your money and if the car works you are the lucky one, but if it doesn’t , well you are on your own and they will take NO responsibility regardless of their misrepresentation of the car. BE extremely careful and if I were you, Go Elsewhere. More

He handed us the keys and a temp plate. We drove around for a while and couldn't believe how nice it was. Everything exceeded my expectations. Although it has some issues both under the hood and interior, Juan, Tara and Sean have teamed up to insure that the issues will be resolved. To me that is team work keeping the customer satisfied. Ill start by saying I live in Indianapolis and had been looking for a Toyota 4runner.I saw one on line at Autos Direct Online and called on it and spoke with Jaun who informed me the vehicle was unbrused c looking for a Toyota 4runner.I saw one on line at Autos Direct Online and called on it and spoke with Jaun who informed me the vehicle was unbrused clean and in good shape so I put down a deposit and booked a one way flight to Clevland.Upon arival I was picked up at the airport and taken to the dealership.Jaun gave me the keys and I took that sh-tbox for a spin.It had an exhaust leak the airbag deploy light was on the inspect engine light was on and the alighnment was JACKED.In Indiana its not legal to sell a car off a lot with those lights on .Dont know how you all roll in Ohio.The front tires were bald as a baby's behind.You could not have paid me to drive that thing back to Indy.They gave me a ride back to airport and I booked another one way ticket for a total loss of 400 dollars on the day in tickets and a waste of a day of my life.Thanks Jaun and Auto's Direct. At first this was a pretty good experience but the vehicle I was supposed to buy had a mechanical issue that was to be fixed before I would purchase it. The minor repair turned out to be a major issue and two weeks after I had given them my deposit the vehicle still wasn't ready to be delivered. I was given the option, by email and phone, to get my refund back and I agreed that I would like to do that and was told it would be refunded. It's March 1st, 2013 and I paid the deposit on November 17th, 2012 and I STILL don't have my deposit back and can't get a return email or call. I've bought 11 cars online and a motorcycle and this is the first time I've had any iusse whatsoever. I have no choice but to file a suit in small claims court. More
