Purchased a 2010 Buick Enclave and drove it 2500 miles with absolutely no problems. It did have 1300 more miles than the odometer said at the time of purchase. They did keep it for us for a few weeks be with absolutely no problems. It did have 1300 more miles than the odometer said at the time of purchase. I purchased a Subaru Outback from Autosdirectonline about 6 weeks ago. I had left a glowing review the day after getting the car home, but decided that it wasn't entirely deserved, so I'm editing my review 6 weeks ago. I had left a glowing review the day after getting the car home, but decided that it wasn't entirely deserved, so I'm editing my review to truly reflect my experience. First and foremost, I love the car I got from them. It was in very clean condition, for the most part as described, and the price made the hassle of flying out and driving it 800 miles home worth my time. There were a couple issue. I had to put a new battery in it within a week of getting home, and the rear brakes were bad. They "claim" to do an inspection on these vehicles, and personally, I doubt that claim. I think they try to buy good vehicles, clean/detail them really well, fix any glaring issues, and turn them. At any rate these issues were minor, so I'm still very happy with the car. Second, if you buy a car from them, they will give you a song and dance about mailing you a $50 visa card if you leave them a positive review. Firstly, this is a little shady if you ask me, as they are basically "buying votes". In my mind, if you leave customers with a good taste in their mouth, and a great deal on a car, they will be happy to take time to leave you a positive review without bribery. Also, whether or not you leave a positve review, you WILL NOT receive a $50 visa from them. I originally left a positive review, in large part because I wanted the $50, and I never got the card. I emailed Julie in regards to this, and never even got a reply from her. Which brings me to my next complaint...... Once you buy a car from these folks, good luck getting a them on the phone. I had a title issue, ie. my temporary title was expiring in a couple of days and I had not gotten the title in the mail. This was going to leave me either driving the car illegally, or not having a car to drive. Either option was poor. I tried both calling Julie, of which I never did get a return call, as well as emailing her, which I didnt' get a reply from either. I left info about needing the title, as well as not getting my $50 Visa. In their defense, they overnighted me my title, but I still never received the Visa card, or a reply. At the end of the day, the reason you've read my review is that you're trying to decide whether you're comfortable with buying a car through this company. There are indeed some great deals to be had, I won't deny that. I'm still very happy with the car I bought, and I saved $3000+ versus what I would have paid locally through a private party. That being said, if I had it to do over again, I'd have a tough time buying sight unseen from these guys again, as some of their business practices seem a bit shady. Poor communication, non-refundable deposits, questionable mechanical inspections, and failed promises of monetary rewards for postive reviews all seem like pretty questionable business pratices to me. More

I was very impressed with all aspects of my buying experience from autos direct online. I had been looking for sometime for a new car and found one bad deal after another. I ended up purchasing a 2008 Kia Rondo and have never been more happy with a car. I will definately recommend this place to anyone looking for a car! More
