I was looking for a BMW on the website but never thought I would be getting it that day.I pretty much stopped by after work, test drove but awesome. Julie was execptional, answered all my questions and handled paperwork properly and with ease, the finance guy in the back who I don't remember his name was very helpful and explained everything I was signing to me. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I worked with Dan McIntyre who was initially friendly & jovial. All of the issues started when I signed on the dotted line. Danny stopped returning my phone calls, has lied over and over about expected ship dates, and has even tried to cover up damage that the dealership caused to the driver side door. Danny initially promised that I would receive my vehicle in 7 days. It has now been nearly two weeks, and their response has basically turned into "you'll get it when you get it". I am shocked and insulted. We are working on getting a lawyer to get our money back, since they refuse. Do not shop here. They are dishonest and shiesty. More
