I purchased a 2006 H2 Hummer, when I arrived in Cleveland to pick up they had not finished with the repairs they promiseed (replace rear door panel). They never did and after many many attempts to get resloved they stated " it cost to much so they are not going to honor the contract" I live in another state and their contract requires arbitration. I am in the process of getting a lawer in the Cleveland area to help make them honor the contract. These people will be very nice but they dont care if you get a good car or if they honor the contract. It also took 30 days for me to get the title wich cost me an expired plate ticket. More

I purchased a 2010 Toyota Avalon for a great price sight unseen. I did not even test drive it. It was delivered to my place hundreds of miles away by their recommended delivery service. The car was exact unseen. I did not even test drive it. It was delivered to my place hundreds of miles away by their recommended delivery service. The car was exactly what I had expected and I was extremely thrilled. It was a great experience and a huge risk for me. However, there were some tense moments. It was difficult to find someone to respond to my questions about delivery and the title. My car arrived about 15 tense days after I made the payment and the title came in about 45 days after. The brakes had to be redone and I wish I had known earlier but that was a minor inconvenience. All in all a great business model and great benefit to customers on the low price. Constant communication through the sales and delivery would help ease worries. More

I got a great price on a Dodge Dakota that justified my trip from Evansville, Indiana to Cleveland, Ohio. When I test drove the vehicle I noticed a rattle that I asked him to look at. James and the repair staff immediately looked at the truck, ordered a replacement part and fixed the concern to my satisfaction. He didn't try to avoid the issue or disregard my concern. The truck is driving well. I am happy with the purchase, and will go back to Autos Direct Online for future vehicle purchases. Thanks James. Job well done ! More

After a couple months there have been no problems with the car and I am extremely happy with the purchase. Would recommend James and this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used car. More
The sales process was okay, a little hard to get ahold of anyone but we were always contacted within the day, but after we received the vehicle we started noticing things that weren't right with the vehicle anyone but we were always contacted within the day, but after we received the vehicle we started noticing things that weren't right with the vehicle that was not disclosed to us during the buying process. We had asked several times if there was anything wrong with the vehicle and each time we were told that there wasn't anything wrong with it. We noticed right away upon inspection of the vehicle that the rear window washer sprayer was broken/cracked and not useable. We also quickly discovered that the rear audio and vent/ac contols did not work (nothing even turned on back there). We were told that the tires had good tread left on them and found them almost bare, to the point that there was a lot of vibration when driving the vehicle that went away after we replaced all four tires. We also noticed that one of the backing plates was badly rusted and part of it was broken off. We sent the vehicle to a dealership after we received it to have all of the fluids and filters changed and the alternator died while they had it in the shop. It was lucky that it happened then and not on the 1800+ mile drive back to our home in New Mexico! The vehicle is nice, but we are very disappointed in all that needed to be fixed right away that was not disclosed to us in the buying process...makes a person wonder how good the "inspections" that each vehicle is supposed to go through really is. The repairs to the vehicle has cost us more than $2000 extra out of pocket that we should have been informed about before buying the vehicle and if anyone had done a thorough inspection, the issues should have been obvious! More
They photoshop dents, scratches and major collision damage out of their online photos and then lied to me about it. Im a professional photographer and can spot out these photoshop mistakes easily. Saw the car in person and there was not only one accident photoshopped out, but two. Was completely shocked as the car looked flawless online, but its a complete piece of garbage in person. After calling them out on it, they lied some more and then hung up on me. More
