We made the deal that day, and Frank made sure to make himself available to me whenever I had a question (even on his day off), which was frequent as this was my first car purchase. Overall my experience was fantastic, and I'd imagine far easier than having to go from dealership to dealership in person. I found my car from searching for cars on eBay. After going to the web site I located the perfect PT Cruiser! The dealer was quick to get back to me. I drove three and a half hours to get the car. For the price I expected there to be a couple of minor issues. The car test drove fine, but I wish I would have had it checked by a mechanic first. There were several issues, two of the tires had been filled with fix a flat, one of the chrome rims was cracked on the inside, the front windshield sprayers were broken off under the hood, and one of the motor mounts was bad. The motor mounts were a common issue and I realized they needed to be fixed. The other issues were covered up. Overall the car was $1000 under Blue Book so I basically paid the Blue Book after the repairs were made. The dealership was no frills but clean. The tire issue should have been fixed. The rim cost $200, and the used tires were $250 plus the $90 motor mount fix. More

We were kind of skeptical when we decided to buy a car through this dealer. It is a pretty unconventional process but once we see how they operate it really made sense.
