Pleasantly surprised how easy this deal was! Way back in 1999 and 2000 I bought two cars from Automotive Search. One of them I'm still driving and the second just died mechanically. I have been searching for a good replacement for several months and spotted the Lexus GX-460 on their web site. Up front the salesman, Phil, let us know that they were a "No-haggle" dealership. That turned out to be a minor "hitch" but, for the right car, my wife and I could live with that. After a test drive and looking over the car, we decided that this was the car for us even if it seemed slightly more than we wanted to pay. We considered the fact that this car was in such immaculate condition with a great maintenance and Colorado ownership history. Those factors combined to sell ourselves on the deal. During the presentation of all the numbers, I mentioned to my wife that we should probably look into getting an extra key fob. This was a conversation between us and not directed at Phil, the salesman. Coming back the next day to pick up the car, we were told there would be a couple of hours delay as the car was at Kuni Lexus getting a spare key fob made! When I got to Automotive Search to pick up the car, Phil told me that he thought the battery was "a bit weak" when he started it to take it to Kuni Lexus that morning. And - he had put in a brand-new battery! Then he gave me paperwork that indicated Kuni had done a complete pre-sale service check on the car! The key fob, battery and service inspection were added AT NO ADDITIONAL COST to the invoice! This level of service makes me think that Automotive Search went WELL ABOVE my expectations and I am VERY happy with the total deal! I have had the Lexus for a week now and realize that it is a much better car than I expected and that we are VERY satisfied with the whole purchase experience! I will be very happy to attach my name to a recommendation to at least look at this company if considering a quality previously owned vehicle! More
