Always doing the right thing I recently purchased my fifth car from Mike Mulhern at Automotive Search, and the buying experience this time was just as pleasant as the previous. What made this experience unique is what happened a few days after my purchase. I started hearing an odd noise coming from the engine of my, new to me, used car. Having known Mike for a long time I knew he was out of town, but Kreig Failing took my call and jumped in to help me, no questions asked. He recommended that I bring the car back so they could have Herve de Ville, their service expert, take a look. After arriving, Herve immediately took the car off my hands and provided a temporary vehicle for me to use while the repairs were being made. I had my car back in two days, better than ever. It would have been well within Automotive Search's right to claim I bought a used car, and these things happen - sorry for your misfortune. Instead the entire team at Automotive Search did all the right things a car buyer would want by standing behind their products - new or used. More

It was the best car buying experience either of us had ever had. Mike Mulhern helped us and he was zero pressure in his approach. We got to test drive without him. He was knowledgable about the car (Audi Q5). We pointed out a few items we wanted fixed, including a broken piece on the dash, surface rust on hood, etc. He got them all fixed up in a couple days before getting the car. Financing decisions took mere minutes. Mike even braved a blizzard to accommodate our desired pickup time (the office was even closed).
