A few days after we bought the car, as is, he called to see if everything was ok, which is something I've never experienced a car salesman doing before. We mentioned several concerns, and he immediately set us up to return our car so his mechanical person, Herve del Ville, could look at it. Herve, who was very understanding and helpful, looked at it, and agreed that it should be taken to the Toyota dealership since it was still under warranty. The dealership upgraded the radio software and explained that nothing else needed attention....and showed us how to manage what we thought were problems. At this point, we have nothing but high praise for Mike, Herve, and Automotive Search. More
