I know how busy they are and she handles everything so well. She is so easy to talk to and understanding. I am pleased with my experience and happy to know how awesome they are with handling problems in the future. Thank you Maria! There should be 12 of you ! Alyssa Boyle More

But at Direct Auto Mall, I met Paris Christmas, that is correct, that is real name that belongs to an awesome person. His attention, patience and much more was beyond what I expected from a very busy dealership. He understood me as a person who had a need and a budget and worked with by showing everything that they had to offer in the model and make that I was looking for. At no point was he pushing me into "just get this one, you'll be glad you did" but instead listened to all of my super negative concerns about each truck that I test drove. And in the end once I made my decision, he worked overtime after a heavy snowstorm went through to make sure that the truck I decided on was prepared and ready. I recommend this dealership for your next used car or truck, just ask for Paris Christmas. He has my respect. This is from a proud owner of a 2018 Toyota Tundra. More

The good is there is no My experience was one of the better ones I have had at a dealership. There was no price negations which can be good and bad. The good is there is no real arguing back and forth, the bad is they do not drop the price. This was fine as the price was fair to start with. Alberto was a knowledgeable sales person who actually knew as much about the truck as I did, which is rare for a sales person, as I do a lot of research. My only complaint was there was a long wait for financing as they only had one person on that Friday. More

He was accommodating and never made me feel pressured into making a decision I wasn't comfortable with. Paris kept in constant contact throughout an unusually difficult buying process, updating me on the status of bank negotiations and everything else. He even stayed late to meet with me after work! I would 100% recommend working with Paris to anyone looking to buy a car here. When I initially looked into purchasing my car, I was very happy with the price. Due to my less-than-stellar credit, the monthly payments ended up being higher than I anticipated but that's an issue with the bank more than the dealership. The people I interacted with were friendly and efficient. There were a few small details I was not completely satisfied with regarding my car (detailing and the like) but I am actively working with the dealership to work them out. More
Fair and simple with a smile. We were given a good deal on our new vehicle and they worked with us on our trade in value as well. Very happy with Raphael and their team! Lies, Rude "Managers", deceptive business practices. Can someone show me how to use Negative stars? So Direct auto mall has competitive pricing and shady business practices. They had a car I w Can someone show me how to use Negative stars? So Direct auto mall has competitive pricing and shady business practices. They had a car I was interested in. I went to the dealership. What should have been a quick stop and look turned into a 5 hour stay at the dealership. We went through the course of a deal. At the end I walked away stating I would call him back with a decision. This was a Saturday. Come Monday I decided I would take the car and went to the dealership after work. I completed the paperwork with the finance folks and at the end was informed it would take 7 days to prep the vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles. 2 maybe 3 days tops is the most I have ever waited to pick something up. I inquired with the salesman if we could get the car ready sooner. As all it needed was 4 tires. I was informed that the reason for the delay is that they have to receive a check from the finance company before they will release the vehicle. I even spent time as a finance manager myself, never once have I heard this excuse. Bank issues a promise of funds and it's as good as cash. Now comes the interesting part. I called the bank. They never heard of me. had any record of me or any information pertaining to me purchasing a vehicle. So I emailed my salesperson Derek and asked him to research this. (This is Tuesday night) Wednesday I did not hear anything from anyone. Emailed again to the salesman and the general information. no response. Finally about 2pm I called the dealership and asked to speak to Derek. What a shock, he is not available. His manager gets on the phone. Trying to explain why I was calling he would not let me get a word in edgewise. Continuously over talking me. Now, truly annoyed I ask for his manager. In enters Domingo!. For those of you not familiar with the facility (Which looks more like a bad beat up diner stuck someplace between the salt flats and Arizona) Domingo sits atop a raised platform in the rear of the room in front of some very tinted windows) Domingo gets on the phone, I remind him that he and I spoke on Monday evening when I was there about getting the vehicle done a little sooner than 7 days. After explaining why I was now concerned with the financing and the wait time (I mean, am I buying a car, or a firearm?) Domingo's response was solely the most effective thing that could be said to at this time a potential customer. "I was going to try to help you out by getting your car done sooner, but since you call my store and question my policies like this I have no desire to assist you" Needless to say, I purchased a car, exactly like the one I was looking at. From another dealership at a better price, interest rate and less miles. If you are thinking of buying a car here because you think that perhaps you need them because they can work with less than perfect credit? Think again. These people are crooks. If they treated me like this BEFORE they had my money just imagine what they would have done once I took possession of the car.. STAY AWAY!! There are many far more trustworthy dealers in a short distance away. Don't let them fool you into thinking they are there to help you, or that they are working for you. Interest rate from this place was almost 15%. I wound up with 9%. Beware. The negative reviews are true. Good Luck More

Lies, Rude "Managers", deceptive business practices. So I have been looking for a new used car to keep some of the miles off of my aging pickup. Not to mention the better than 10Mpg is attractive. So I have been looking for a new used car to keep some of the miles off of my aging pickup. Not to mention the better than 10Mpg is attractive. I went to Direct because they had a few of what I was looking for. I Originally wanted a Ford Fusion Hybrid. Thought the extended mileage would be good. I get there. They have two. Very nicely we were able to drive them both. This was supposed to be an exploratory visit. I actually liked the Non-Hybrid vehicle better. Seemed to sit differently and ride differently. So I thought about that. They took the monthly price almost $100 more than I told them I could afford for starters (Yes, I started a little low intentionally.) But since I have less than perfect credit I expected a little porking in that arena. So at this point they really appeared to be working in my favor. I was happy. I was there so long that I ran out of time. 2 days later I returned to finish the paperwork. I go through all of the paperwork (I waited for nearly an hour to see the finance manager) and was through the process fairly quickly. Now the fun begins! I can pickup my car 7 days later.. "WHAT!?!?!?!!?!" 7 days. It needs tires and tags. They are a drive agent so they HAVE tags on-site. xxx? I ask the sames manager Domingo if there is anything they can do about this. I am actually leaving for a long trip (In the car) 9 days from this point. I REALLY would like to have a few days of driving this around to make sure all is good before I trek through upstate New York on some VERY desolate roads. "I'll see what I can do," he tells me. When I asked why the long wait I was told that they had to get things fully funded from the loan company before they will release the vehicle. Having been a finance manager I find this a little odd. Once you submit the deal electronically the bank certifies the funding to you and it's done. After the fact, you mail in the actual contact and the person is normally the proud new owner of a car long before the finance company ever sees the paper. Hoping I could nudge things along and to start setting up my direct payment, etc I call Wells Fargo to see what the hold up is and as well as set myself up for payments. Or at least see what I needed to do for them. They did not know who I was. I asked for loan approvals. That system had nothing. There was no record of me at Wells Fargo anywhere. Concerned, I called back to Direct. Spoke to a young lady who answered the phone. Don't know her name. Had her transfer me to my salesman's manager (Salesman was Derek) I explained the situation to him or at least tried to. After he interrupted me several times I asked to speak to his manager. Now, of course, I am annoyed. In comes Domingo. He's the tall one that sits at the high desk and barks orders at all of the salesmen. I explain again. Yes, annoyed and rightfully so. In the immortal words of Domingo himself "I was going to help you get your car earlier, but since you call here and disrespect me by questioning me; I have no desire to help you out" I spoke after that to the general manager whose name I don't remember. Probably because at this point I could not care less. Needless to say. The car they have is a dime a dozen. I found another nearly identical. car. Better price, better condition and a superior sales / dealership in EVERY WAY! STAY AWAY FROM DIRECT! I know they have been in business for a long time. But that does not mean they are good. It means they are in an area where they cater to people who probably do not think they can get a car elsewhere. Let me tell you that YOU CAN!!! More
