Fantastic! My experience here was great! I first set up an appointment online and was received by the sales person (PARIS) in the parking lot!! He was awesome, p My experience here was great! I first set up an appointment online and was received by the sales person (PARIS) in the parking lot!! He was awesome, patient and persistent with the sales managers. For me that was great, it demonstrated that he really cared about me getting the right vehicle as fast as possible. I was then transferred to the finance manager (FELIPE) which was also very welcoming and told me everything about my purchased car and benefits I receive with it. I also spoke with CHRIS, who helped me cancel my old vehicle registration and adding new vehicle to my insurance policy. These are simple gestures sales people make that enhances the company’s profit. I really appreciated the service I got from these people. The only thing I didn’t like was the “vehicle cleaning” and inspection. The toyota I purchased had some small scratches outside and the seats were dirty, I had to drive my self to a carwash and clean it my self. Also, the vehicle was low on anti-freeze which is kinda bad. I had to buy anti-freeze and fill it up. Anyone would expect these areas I mentioned to be covered in the inspection. Overall I’m happy with my toyota purchased and I recommend this dealership to other people. More
