Lack of Response and bold face lies Dumfounded by how difficult it was to get a response to an offer I sent. Couldn't get a call back despite repeated attempts to contact them. All I wanted was a yes we can come close to your offer, or no we will not be able to get there, should have been pretty simple, but in over 45 texts/messages back and forth and giving the same information 3 times I still was not contacted by anyone or every got an answer to my very simple question. All this despite the fact that I was ready to come down and close out the deal if they would have just given me an answer. Finally did call me, had no information on my situation despite having given it THREE separate times. Then had the xxxxx to say it was illegal for him to discuss numbers with me over the phone, so now they are just lying to me. Time wasted, thanks for nothing guys, have better customer service More
