He went "above and beyond" to provide great service. We came in to look at a car. Unfortunately, it was out being serviced for a recall at another location. It was supposed to be back at the dealership that afternoon, so we said we'd be back the next morning. When he came in the next morning, to find it hadn't been sent back, he immediately took action and went and got the car himself in order for us to look at it. After negotiations, he made sure the finance department knew we couldn't stay long, since my daughter had to get to work.
