He was very patient with all our questions and handled the process quite well considering the vehicle had issues that we were very unhappy with and the dealership should have taken care of before presenting the vehicle at the asking price. Plus adding a crazy document fee over 600 dollars to the purchase price! The dealership did offer to take care of some issues but would have just been a bandaid that would not last... More
