Yani at the Service depart is very unprofessional and don't even want to hear the full story of what is wrong going on at the customer's end. I bought 2016 BMW X1 back on January 2020. I had my first service done at the dealer on July and they found out I had to replace the front brake and rotor because it was vibrating while braking in the higher speed. They told me who ever the previous owner of my vehicle had aftermarket front brake and rotor installed which I wasn't aware of it, and dealer failed to inspect it before selling it to me. I said OK fine go ahead and replace it. They charged me around $390 total. The same day while I was driving it back home I started hearing sound while braking. I called them back and even went to dealer but they told me "the sound is coming because it is a brand new rotor and brake pad; keep driving it for month or over 1000 miles and it will go away, if not come back and will take a look at it." Now it is September, I just drove 1000 miles since the new brake installed and I still get the same sound. Today I called the dealer and Yani at the service depart keep saying they will have to charge me for diagnose fees otherwise who is going to pay his mechanic. This dealer is full of surprises which you will only know on later days. First they will say one thing and once they ripped of the customer's money, they don’t stand behind their word. I was going to refer one of my friend to this dealer but now Never recommend to anyone!!! More

My wife and I purchased a used 2017 Range Rover Sport from this dealership. Never again will we purchase a vehicle from here. First I want to give credit where credit is due. Renan was our salesman an from this dealership. Never again will we purchase a vehicle from here. First I want to give credit where credit is due. Renan was our salesman and he did everything in his power to get the deal for us. Also, Yanni in service was very helpful and accommodating on a recent warranty issue. I thank both of them for being attentive to the customer. Now for the 2 individuals that need to be called out. Christian, one of the sales managers, should not be in a management position. There was a misunderstanding with the title process and a heated phone discussion was had. Instead of trying to diffuse the situation and properly explain things, he hung up on us. Not the type of management material I would want to represent my company. However, the owner isn't any better. We brought our vehicle to the local Land Rover dealer for an inspection and was informed the rear brakes were bad, less than 3mm left on pads and rotors. It was found out that this issue was on the inspection report with Direct Mecca, however, the owner crossed this off and didn't repair the brakes prior to the vehicle being sold. Pretty shady business practice. I would avoid this dealership at all cost!!!! More

Buyer Beware This place is a joke. I wired money to them for a sale and they promised that the truck would be delivered within 5 days. After inquiring about whethe This place is a joke. After inquiring about whether or not the vehicle would be ready on the 5th day I was met with absolute silence from my sales person Paulo A. (who couldnt stop texting and calling me when I was considering the vehicle). After being ignored for nearly 2 days I was ready to call a lawyer when I was contacted by Reggie (General Manager) and told that the vehicle was accidentally brought to the auction yard and it would be another 3 days until the vehicle could be delivered. On the new day of delivery I had my phone calls and texts ignored until I was contacted with short notice to come pick up my vehicle. Upon arriving at Direct Auto Mall, I waited in the parking lot for over an hour while they arranged the plates and registered the vehicle. Once I took possession of the vehicle the front windshield began leaking after the first rain and I am now 10 days into a discussion with them regarding how to resolve this. They still have not followed up on the issue. Save the hassle, go somewhere else. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sell second hand junk to any person they can con. More
