There’s so much lying and incompetence when it comes to filing documents at this dealership that we’re very close to filing a lawsuit against them. Long story short, just don’t go here- it’ll cause you months of stress and headache as well as wasting of your money. More

The finance associate Miguel was efficient and he made the process of returning the old lease and getting the new car very smooth. Over all they all went above and beyond to give us a pleasant and a professional experience , I’m recommending this dealership to everyone I know! More

CAN NOT DELIVER Came to buy a new murano, they dont have the color that i wanted. The sales person agressively guaranteed and promised that he could get it in 2DAYS! Upon agreeing with the prize, we put a deposit. After 2 days no call from them, so we ended up calling them just to find out that they do not have that car i wanted and probably never did in the first place, but just to close the deal, that salesperson promised us just the same. If he had just said that they do not have it on stock, we could have just walk away.My brother gave them a piece of his mind and vowed to come back for the deposit, Lo and behold!that sales person AND his manager were "off that day"! Luckily, we called our bank and they were able to reverse that deposit. So beware. More

The sales representative, Emil Polanco was extremely helpful in offering me the time to explore the cars, test drive those desired and ask millions of questions. The manager Onofrio Altizio, guided me by ensuring that I was being taken care of, happy and that I clearly understood all car words. Overall this experience was one I would never want to change, and it being in my new Rogue Sport I feel like I can conquer life! More
