From the very beginning I went out looking for a different kind of car, which I thought was the best option for me. I visited so many dealers, I can not even begin to express how frustrated I was. Everywhere I went, all the sales people I encountered made my search more and more unbearable. I was beginning to wonder if I should just give up and not buy the car. All the dealers I visited before going to Paramus Nissan and working with Dwayne, made me feel like I was asking for too much and that what I wanted was impossible. Then we(me and my husband) met Dwayne, who was knowledgeable as well as understanding. We looked at car after car and he was not annoyed or mad , not even when my husband walked out the first day without a car. He was not pushy, he was so friendly and kind. It was not hard for us to know that he was the person who could help us. I have worked in sales and customer service for over 8 years, and Dwayne has it all down. He provides outstanding customer service. He creates a WOW experience that makes you proud and sure of the deal you are about to make. He does not beat around the bush but yet is extremely nice and honest. Dwayne made it possible for me and my family to leave Paramus Nissan with a beautiful brand new vehicle. But his service did not end there. He has kept in touch to assure that everything with our car is perfectly, just how we wanted. I would rank my experience buying a car from Paramus Nissan as the absolute worst experience of my life. After agreeing on a pricing (in writing from the finance manager) and leaving a deposit, when I Nissan as the absolute worst experience of my life. After agreeing on a pricing (in writing from the finance manager) and leaving a deposit, when I went to pick up the car the following day, they told me they made a mistake and the price of the car was actually several thousand dollars more. They claimed that someone "forgot" to call me the night before to tell me the price would be higher. I drove over 2 hours from out of state to buy the car. They refused to honor the price they had already given me in writing. Even the sales rep who sold me the car could not believe they would not honor the price. Anyone buying a car from this dealership should go over all of the numbers with a fine tooth comb. Be on the lookout for the sketchy hidden fees they try to tack on like "window etching"! This dealership prays on people sign before reading the fine print. They should be investigated for fraud. Not only would I never buy another car from Paramus Nissan, I would never buy a Nissan in general based on my experience. More

After we made the deal, which was very good, he was on top of everything every step of the way until we drove our new Pathfinder off the lot. I also have a Altima. When its time for a new one I would definitely go back to Neil for a deal on another Nissan. We went to some other Nissan dealerships where we got the "jerk" pushy sales man - this was the complete opposite. Highly recommend. More
