Mostly great experience Bob was well informed and a gentleman. Everything with him was perfect. The process took longer than I felt it should have. I walked out of an Audi Bob was well informed and a gentleman. Everything with him was perfect. The process took longer than I felt it should have. I walked out of an Audi dealership in 2009 and it took 1.5 hours total including the test-drive. This process edged towards 4.5 hours, mostly because of finance. Finance has also been very unresponsive as I have tried to add on the maintenance package. More

Excellent Service I had my engine light come on, I called the service dept. Martin answered the phone, and although I know that they are always extremely busy due to th I had my engine light come on, I called the service dept. Martin answered the phone, and although I know that they are always extremely busy due to their excellent service, Martin said to bring the car in, I brought the car in the next morning, Jack and Marcos greeted me as I came in the door, their were booked solid, but took the time to get the car hooked up on the computer found the problem, and had me back on the road in record time.
