I walked out of an Audi dealership in 2009 and it took 1.5 hours total including the test-drive. This process edged towards 4.5 hours, mostly because of finance. Finance has also been very unresponsive as I have tried to add on the maintenance package. More

Excellent Service I had my engine light come on, I called the service dept. Martin answered the phone, and although I know that they are always extremely busy due to th I had my engine light come on, I called the service dept.
