I received so many emails & text making sure I was coming just to waste my time. Its after 4pm & Im still waiting on a reply from someone about the actual approval. I definitely am pissed & I wouldn’t do business here unless they hire some honest people More

Purchased 2014 Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Juke My experience was good. Gabriel, the dealer I worked with was pleasant and seemed pretty knowledgeable about the vehicle. In terms of the vehicle itse My experience was good. Gabriel, the dealer I worked with was pleasant and seemed pretty knowledgeable about the vehicle. In terms of the vehicle itself, it came with the limited warranty only. Also, to carry the "certified" designation it goes through a series of inspections, which made me comfortable.I purchased the vehicle last Saturday (01/07/18); I point this out because the brakes on the vehicle are now squeaking something awful. Pretty much every time I hit the brakes. I am concerned because there is no way they (Nissan mechanic, dealer..) didn't hear this sound. It's unrelenting. I've had the car a week and have driven to the Bart station and home (approx. 10 miles round trip), so I've not put many miles on it over the course of this first week. I of course will be taking it back to AutoCom Nissan of Walnut Creek to get this issue checked out further, especially since the inspection document indicates the brakes/braking system was inspected. Once I get the latter resolved, I will come back and provide an update. More

When I need a ride home, there's always a shuttle driver available. I couldn't ask for better service. More
