I had a very nice salesman sell me a 2012 Jetta. The finance guy, Sterling Daniels, was the complete opposite. There was a problem from the beginning-apparently you don't need a high school diploma to w finance guy, Sterling Daniels, was the complete opposite. There was a problem from the beginning-apparently you don't need a high school diploma to work in their finance department. The person that ran our cards accidentally charged by husband 5,000 instead of 500. We were immediately assured that the problem was fixed and went on our way. It wasn't. They put the 5,000 credit on my card. After waiting a month for this to be corrected, I called today to talk to Sterling. From the start he had a rude attitude and tried to make me out to be a liar saying he tried to call-he didn't. I had since changed credit cards so the credit lingered. Sterling blamed me for making the dealership be out 5,000. He said it was my fault the company was out this money-as if I had somehow made a profit? I tried calling my credit card company to ask them to delete the credit, but it all had to go through the dealer. Sterling raised his voice and was practically yellling at me. I have never been so disrepected in my life. I guess this is how Dirito Brothers treats customers who buy BRAND NEW CARS. Sterling ended the call by sarcastically saying, "have a nice day," and hung up on me. Wow. And I'm the one that gave his employer business? More
