This dealership sold me a service contract with Ally. Ally sucks. The service advisor is burdened with the paperwork instead of "advising". Dealing with Ally sucks so bad that I paid .5% more interest to Ally sucks. The service advisor is burdened with the paperwork instead of "advising". Dealing with Ally sucks so bad that I paid .5% more interest to move my business to my local bank. Waynesville sold me this xxxxxxxx and I hold them solely responsible for burdening me and their advisors with this crap. More

You have the best Service Department in the business. I will never take my Charger anywhere else.
