I hesitate to give a bad review, but the experience I had buying a new Jeep warrants it. First, Austin did a fantastic job as my salesman and ensured everything went through quickly for me. But leading up to the sale, Brooke gave me false information to get me into the store. She gave me an interest rate they were promoting to only find out it was not true. Then she told me there would be a discount applied to only find out the discount was much less. I would have bought the Jeep regardless, but I did not like being mislead. More
