Overall, a great experience. Both Laura and Austin were helpful, and I felt well taken care of. The service department is also very good. Both Laura and Austin were helpful, and I felt well taken care of. The service department is also very good. More

Poor customer service and lack of knowledge. Service Direct Robert Austin does not care about his customers nor his employees. Incompetent on what the definition of rust is and likes to belittle anyone he comes in contact with. Once a vehicle is off the lot it is your problem not their service department or Jeep. My family and I will be taking our business elsewhere as this was the local dealership in our area but I would rather go an hour out of my way to get better service. Spontaneous combustion and poor customer service with management I will go back to Toyota where the customer matters. More

Might be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Guy that checked me in made me wait about ten minutes while he chatted with 2 employees. Once he got my info he asked the service I needed. Told him Guy that checked me in made me wait about ten minutes while he chatted with 2 employees. Once he got my info he asked the service I needed. Told him oil change tire rotation and checked the fuel filter for water (diesel engine) I waited on my vehicle thinking my lunch break should be long enough. Appointment was for 1:45 I think I left at 4. The guy that came to get me, just handed me the paperwork and walked me to the cashier and basically ran the other way. The price was over $400. I had never paid that before for any oil change so I assumed they had to change the fuel filter. No, pretty sure they didn’t even look at it. They instead charged me $22 a quart for oil…… I guess that stuff is made of gold there I don’t know. I was mad and when I asked the lady about it she had no answers. The only reason I even went to this dealership was a coupon I got online. I did the whole appointment online. I asked the woman about the discount and she said she didn’t know anything about that and that the first guy had to put discounts on she just takes payment. At this point I was already insanely late back to work so I just paid and left. Later that day when I go off work the water in fuel filter light came back on (I had told the guy this when I walked in.) I took my truck to Appalachian automotive and paid them to check the fuel filter again. And the filter was fine but they had to drain the water. At this point I don’t know if they changed my oil and rotated my tires or not. Overall this place is terrible. Not only will I never go back, I am thinking of selling my Ram and moving away from your products completely. I was lied to/cheated by YOUR dealership. I know this will more than likely fall on deaf ears, but given I happen to sell car insurance I will tell (and have already told) every client I touch to steer clear of this place. More
The salesman was always professional and polite, answered every question and went through the vehicle explaining all the amenities every question and went through the vehicle explaining all the amenities More

Had steps installed on my vehicle. First set didn’t work as they should and parts were on back order. Also some of the wiring wasn’t done properly with exposed copper wire showing. Com First set didn’t work as they should and parts were on back order. Also some of the wiring wasn’t done properly with exposed copper wire showing. Communication was subpar and was only updated after I initially called. Second set of steps took a day and a half to install with no communication the first day until I called and checked on it. I don’t intend to even get my free oil changes done there. Not impressed. Sales did good and Terry in parts was amazing and communicated well. More
