We are very disappointed with the service department service advisor given to us Cheyenne - We purchased a 2025 Volvo X90 in July 2025 —— after the 10,000 maintenance completed — December 2025 (check service advisor given to us Cheyenne - We purchased a 2025 Volvo X90 in July 2025 —— after the 10,000 maintenance completed — December 2025 (check engine light) issue — absolutely NO communication- car was taken in for service December 31, 2026 to see what the issue was —after we had to call Jan 3; 2026 find out what is the update - only told car needs a part on back order —— no loaner but was told by Cheyenne car was ok to drive —- today Jan 14,2026 still no communication—. Left several messages- More

I originally went to Mercedes-Benz down the street but they were busy. I decided to walk over to Volvo to get the vehicle myself, wished I had it transferred to Mercedes-Benz but I didn’t. Went in knowi they were busy. I decided to walk over to Volvo to get the vehicle myself, wished I had it transferred to Mercedes-Benz but I didn’t.
