I went to another certified Volvo service center where they tried to oversell me on service that my car did not need. Came to "AutoNation Volvo Cars San Jose" for second opinion and found that only partially I needed the service. They proved that I don't need the transmission fluid change based on mileage and they also send me a video showing the fluid is pretty clear (the other service said is black without any proof). Also there was an issue with a filter which they found that is covered by the extended warranty we purchased with the car. This saved me about 30% of money spent on the service! Thank you Sang and Cheyenne that have helped me on this journey! This Service center is an honest one! You can trust them!
