Unsatisfactory. I live 30 miles from your dealership and was not offered a loaner for recall. Also gas tank not filled to prior location, which was below half filled. My wife and I ordered a new Rav4 Hybrid, day of the order there was a sales person (who was not working with us), told another sales person that my wife and I were stupid, not knowing that waiting on the LXE there was a sales person (who was not working with us), told another sales person that my wife and I were stupid, not knowing that waiting on the LXE to come in rather than ordering a LE to be built. The day we went to sign the deal and trade in our car, I wanted to leave. Our sales person spent no time with us, we had to wait to have the car filled and detailed, the car had been at the dealership for 2 days prior. He never let the management staff know we had a trade in to be appraised, I had to go to the managers desk and ask if we could finalize the deal. After we finished nobody, showed us how to use the new updated features on the car. My wife and I will never set foot into that dealership again, check the records, we bought FIVE vehicles from Fort Myers Toyota and will NEVER buy anything nor have any vehicle serviced from them again.
