This is the 2nd time I’ve had an awful experience at Auto Nation Toyota. The wait is ridiculous! Especially when they told us it would take 30-60 minutes and we were there 3-4 hours! The waiting room is packed and no one is social distancing. (I chose to wait outside on very uncomfortable seats). I had to go find someone twice to check on the status. When I told all of this to the service representative, he could have cared less. I bought 2 cars there, but I will never go back there again! I will gladly pay to have my oil changed and tires rotated somewhere else. I’m very disappointed! More

I made an appointment on the internet. When I arrived the adviser listed on my appointment was not available. The person (Darius, was new and did not have a business card) replaced him said the oil change w adviser listed on my appointment was not available. I found out later that instead of 33psi they inflated my tires to 38psi. This is not the sevice I expected. More
