My appt. for my 5,000mile check was Wednesday, July 14th at 3:40. I was handed my keys and left at 7pm. I arrived on time and mentioned I had added air to RR tire twice in last week, was told they replac at 3:40. I was handed my keys and left at 7pm. I arrived on time and mentioned I had added air to RR tire twice in last week, was told they replaced my tire, no explanation, papers would be mailed!! My contact had left for the day and did not hand me off to another...no supervisor to answer my questions. I returned the following day and talked to Liz....my papers still have not arrived 2.5 weeks later! No follow up, total customer service disconnect!!! A negative review will reach 10 times more people!!!!! More
