The service person Delroy was nice and efficient. My gripe is with whoever answers the phones. I had my vehicle in for a mandatory recall on the 2019 Rav4. When I made the appointment, I asked specifically if there was a loaner or rental available for me to use while my vehicle was there and was told that Enterprise was on site for me to use. They stated that I would only have to pay the deposit which is returned and the rental would be covered. Once I get there, I am told that is not true and had to end up getting a Lyft home since I had to get back to work and did not have 5 hours to sit there. Not the worst thing in the world, but they should get their information correct. Otherwise, I have no complaints. More

Service members need to review maintenance coverages for the vehicles being serviced before speaking to vehicle owners. Gillian Carter was my service rep she was very professional and friendly. She had told me that my Highlander had a battery recall and that it would be awhile to recieve it since it would be coming professional and friendly. She had told me that my Highlander had a battery recall and that it would be awhile to recieve it since it would be coming from Spain, that being said she arranged for me to have a complimentary rental vehicle during my wait for the battery. 45 days later she comtacted me that the battery was in and installed into my Highlander. When I turned in my rental and got the keys to my Highlander we noticed a broken seat adjustment panel on the driver side and she right away knew that it was their problem since she drove and parked the Highlander when I brought it in for service in the first place. They ordered a new part and arranged and installation date. This has been a very pleasent experiance for me thanks to Gillian. More

4 hours to tell me I did not need brakes, nor did a need an oil change. I asked them to check my tires since the tire pressure light was on. One day later the light was on so I went to have it checked(close an oil change. I asked them to check my tires since the tire pressure light was on. One day later the light was on so I went to have it checked(closer to home and w/o a wait time) and was told by two different places my front tires were bald. I specifically asked them to check my tires. My car mechanical skills are zero, and I rely on being informed when my car is not safe to drive. This did not happen. More
I had the most awful experience with Shelley Krogman who tried to charge me for a service when I took my car in yesterday. I explained to her that I had free service remaining, she lied and said no because tried to charge me for a service when I took my car in yesterday. I explained to her that I had free service remaining, she lied and said no because I had paid for the last service I received. I told her I did not. She became upset when I told her I wasn't paying, she went off and left me for 24 minutes. On her return she told me all the staff who were there when I serviced my vehicle last was no longer there (I had to wonder, did they take the records with them? what did that have to do with me, it's the same vin number and should be in the system).SA very silly woman and combative with poor communication skills. She then chided me and told me 'you bought the vehicle up North and this is the South, this is Florida, like somehow, I was not aware of where I purchased the vehicle ( I had to ask her if my car had free services remaining?) She was very argumentative. I could see that this was escalating so, I asked to speak to a manager, she told me the manager was at lunch and I had about 45 minutes to wait and then she turned her back and walked off. It seems a big company such as Toyota only had one manager, I had to ask someone else to get me a manager, then once I did that all of a sudden she said I am going to call a manager. She became a 'Karen' saying I was pointing my fingers in her face and use derogatory statements. In one exchange after I told her I did not want to hear from her she said to me 'why don't you go and sit down and play in your phone'. She was very combative, poorly trained in customer service and had no knowledge of deescalating a situation. I gave them a three star ONLY because the manager (don't remember his name), who responded was super calm and efficient as well as Gillian (really courteous and pleasant). I also had a call back from Shelley Krogman's manager Tom who listened to my concern about this woman. I also decided to not post a review on google or Facebook because the other staff behavior was so much different to this woman. She just upset my day. More
