Went in for oil change and tire rotation,mechanic never returned lugnut security socket to glove box,lost a center cap on one tire and must have knocked off a balance weight on one of the wheels cause car More

I’ve said all i’m gonna say.However i finally got that security socket for my wheels in the mail.I’m gonna go to another dealer for service from now on. Hope you will straighten out your service department.

It took 90 minutes for a oil change and tire rotation. The cost of Service was expensive: $35 for a back window wiper blade and they tried to sell me a cabinet filter that didn’t need replacing. More
