I did not have any contact with this person. The person who I most dislike was the closer who sort of lied to us. I said I wanted to finance my new truck with sun coast. He ask what my monthly payment shou who I most dislike was the closer who sort of lied to us. I said I wanted to finance my new truck with sun coast. He ask what my monthly payment should be and I said around $625. He came in and said he got me the closest he could and it was with Toyota. I went to sun coast an got a better interest rate and lower payment. I had to refinance my truck and pay there lender fees AGAIN. I would NOT recommend buying from Auto Nation to anyone. More

Stay away from service at Auto Nation Toyota, Fort Myers it is a terrible experience. After about 10 years of using this service center I will definitely NOT be returning. Appointments are booked throu it is a terrible experience. After about 10 years of using this service center I will definitely NOT be returning. Appointments are booked through a call center staffed by people who seem to know nothing about cars. Arriving 10 minutes early still resulted in a 15 minute wait before someone registered us. The call center had our name spelled wrong. This was for a simple oil change, tire rotation and a check on one minor issue. The service rep. wrote the item to check on the work order. After waiting for 2 ½ hours I checked with the service rep. He said they found an issue that would take 15 or 20 minutes to complete; it actually took over an hour.They had not bothered to check the item on the work order but with a reminder they eventually did what was requested. Finally, after over 4 hours the work was done. Waiting for the service rep. to appear was over 15 minutes. They did not put protective cover on the mats or seats and they left dirt smudges on both. They did not wash the car as we were expecting. More
