Had an excellent experience, and probably the easiest car purchase I've ever done. After going to endless dealers and being charged mark ups in the thousands of dollars, I received a call from Autonation Toy purchase I've ever done. After a quick request I received the OTD price with no mark up, just MSRP as it should be. Quickly submitted my paperwork remotely and went to pick up the car the day after. Joshua handled the sale and provided excellent customer service. He was very professional and helpful throughout the purchase. Totally recommended. More

I arrived on time for my appointment time and waited 30 minutes for someone to help me. I finally was informed by one of the service advisers (not the adviser assigned to me) that there were several peo minutes for someone to help me. I finally was informed by one of the service advisers (not the adviser assigned to me) that there were several people ahead of me, and must wait longer before I would speak with a service adviser to discuss the repairs etc. I was also told that the garage mechanics were short staffed I am puzzled why Autonation does not honor appointments? Why bother making appointments if you have to wait more than an hour to be helped? As such, I left without getting the work done on my vehicle. And by the way, no one even said I'm sorry for the situation. Very unprofessional. More
