I made an appt for my 25,000 Maintenance and saw Dan for the first time. He was wonderful! He checked my car out before I left and advised new windshield wipers. Unbeknownst to me, my battery was low and h the first time. He was wonderful! He checked my car out before I left and advised new windshield wipers. The service person Delroy was nice and efficient. My gripe is with whoever answers the phones. I had my vehicle in for a mandatory recall on the 2019 Rav4. When I made the appointment, I asked specifically if there was a loaner or rental available for me to use while my vehicle was there and was told that Enterprise was on site for me to use. They stated that I would only have to pay the deposit which is returned and the rental would be covered. Once I get there, I am told that is not true and had to end up getting a Lyft home since I had to get back to work and did not have 5 hours to sit there. Not the worst thing in the world, but they should get their information correct. Otherwise, I have no complaints. More
