Stay away from service at Auto Nation Toyota, Fort Myers it is a terrible experience. After about 10 years of using this service center I will definitely NOT be returning. Appointments are booked throu it is a terrible experience. After about 10 years of using this service center I will definitely NOT be returning. Appointments are booked through a call center staffed by people who seem to know nothing about cars. Arriving 10 minutes early still resulted in a 15 minute wait before someone registered us. The call center had our name spelled wrong. This was for a simple oil change, tire rotation and a check on one minor issue. The service rep. wrote the item to check on the work order. After waiting for 2 ½ hours I checked with the service rep. He said they found an issue that would take 15 or 20 minutes to complete; it actually took over an hour.They had not bothered to check the item on the work order but with a reminder they eventually did what was requested. Finally, after over 4 hours the work was done. Waiting for the service rep. to appear was over 15 minutes. They did not put protective cover on the mats or seats and they left dirt smudges on both. They did not wash the car as we were expecting. More

Auto Nation Toyota on 2555 Col Blvd has been our care taker for our car for quite some years. The Service is always great,The Staff very attentive and the Establishment nice and clean.Mark Trillas has be taker for our car for quite some years. This is the 2nd time I’ve had an awful experience at Auto Nation Toyota. The wait is ridiculous! Especially when they told us it would take 30-60 minutes and we were there 3-4 hours! The waiting room is packed and no one is social distancing. (I chose to wait outside on very uncomfortable seats). I had to go find someone twice to check on the status. When I told all of this to the service representative, he could have cared less. I bought 2 cars there, but I will never go back there again! I will gladly pay to have my oil changed and tires rotated somewhere else. I’m very disappointed! More

I made an appointment on the internet. When I arrived the adviser listed on my appointment was not available. The person (Darius, was new and did not have a business card) replaced him said the oil change w adviser listed on my appointment was not available. The person (Darius, was new and did not have a business card) replaced him said the oil change would take 1-1.5 hours, however, I had to wait. 3.5 hours to have the oil change done. I found out later that instead of 33psi they inflated my tires to 38psi. This is not the sevice I expected. More

Was told all wold automatically reset. 32 miles later still no reset or call back from Service department or manager. This place has gone to the chickens. More
