Had a 10:00 appt. and waited 3 hours for oil change!! Utterly ridiculous!! The dealership needs to look into better scheduling. For the past 50 years I have been bringing my Toyota vehicles into the dealer for maintenance at least twice a year. In those 100+ reservations, where I have waited for the maintenance to be completed, vehicles into the dealer for maintenance at least twice a year. In those 100+ reservations, where I have waited for the maintenance to be completed, I have never had to wait in the dealership waiting room more than 1 Hour, 15 minutes. Yesterday I waited 5 hours in the waiting room to have the minor maintenance completed. And to add poison, they did not even wash the vehicle. All of the 40 customers in the waiting room were angry with the wait... The servicemen said that the dealership had "overbooked". I am a great believer in Toyota but I will never visit this dealership again. Terry Chapman More
