Arrived and was attended right of way check in . Then waited about an hour. Receiving and waiting time was excellent Not happy that the complementary car wash was discontinued at this dealer ship. I have been using Toyota since 2009 and always been pleased but my last 2 visits have been awful . The last one was 3 1/2 hours for oilchange. Yesterday I had an 11:45 appointment. I waited inside for pleased but my last 2 visits have been awful . The last one was 3 1/2 hours for oilchange. Yesterday I had an 11:45 appointment. I waited inside for 1 hour and 15 minutes to be even spoken to and then told it would be 3 more hours for oil change and tire rotation. Told lack of help etc was the problem. I said don't book so many appointments at same time. I know it wasn't the service person's fault but do not book 40 cars per day when you can only service 20. I doubt if I will go back . I have a bad back and it is painful to sit so long only to be told another 3 hours. More

I am a new resident to Florida, I always took my car to the dealership Toyota in the other state where I was living. Since I have always used Toyota dealership, I wanted to stay with them.
