The service tech was friendly. The actual wait time for a oil change was longer than expected. They were supposed to rotate my tires and that never happened. oil change was longer than expected. They were supposed to rotate my tires and that never happened. More
I brought my 2001 Toyota Tacoma for an engine light issue. I was told that they would not know when will they service the truck because they are very busy and come back. The service staff was receiving issue. I was told that they would not know when will they service the truck because they are very busy and come back. The service staff was receiving a couple of new Toyotas vehicles for service while I was being told to come back. Needless to say, it felt like profiling based on vehicle year. Not my dealership More
I had Shantel as my advisor, she was awesome, she even kept my 3 yr old grandson occupied. He had so many questions. Have been with Toyota since 2016, haven’t had any issues. kept my 3 yr old grandson occupied. He had so many questions. Have been with Toyota since 2016, haven’t had any issues. More
When I first came to town I checked some internet ratings and found myself taking my 2017 Prius Prime to the Naples dealership -- twice. When my car prompted me to get my next maintenance service, I decided and found myself taking my 2017 Prius Prime to the Naples dealership -- twice. When my car prompted me to get my next maintenance service, I decided to try the Fort Myers dealership. Since I don't see what goes on behind the scenes, I can only talk about the waiting area. The service was great -- by the way. There were obviously a lot of people who, like me, had the time to wait for their car. The waiting area is quite big and connected to the sales area. There are plenty of places to sit and wait. However, there did not seem to be too many amenities like drinking water or coffee. I think I saw an "out of order" sign on a coffee maker. Anyway, besides the service on my very dependable car, the only thing that stands out is the waiting experience. In that regard the waiting area experience, the Naples dealership has a slight edge on the Fort Myers -- though they both could use some improvement. Overall, my only future decision on where next to take my car for service will be what kind of "waiting" experience stands out. In spite of the distance from my home in North Fort Myers and the Naples dealership, I will give it some thought. However, I will return to Fort Myers AutoNation again -- primarily because of the nearness to my home. Where I go the next time -- remains to be seen. More
For many years I have had my car service completed at AutoNation Fort Myers. This is the first time that the interior of the car was left with all the paper/plastic. I know it isn't a big deal, but to m AutoNation Fort Myers. This is the first time that the interior of the car was left with all the paper/plastic. I know it isn't a big deal, but to me that is the final step of the technicians to complete. And if not them, the service advisor should have checked. It was a little disappointing as they are usually spot on. The service itself was fine, done in the amount of time told to me when I checked in. I would still schedule my service at that location. I purchased a new Highlander and had a tow package added. They gave me a vehicle while the tow package was added. Pleasant and helpful. I recommend them. They gave me a vehicle while the tow package was added. Pleasant and helpful. I recommend them. More
For the past 50 years I have been bringing my Toyota vehicles into the dealer for maintenance at least twice a year. In those 100+ reservations, where I have waited for the maintenance to be completed, vehicles into the dealer for maintenance at least twice a year. In those 100+ reservations, where I have waited for the maintenance to be completed, I have never had to wait in the dealership waiting room more than 1 Hour, 15 minutes. Yesterday I waited 5 hours in the waiting room to have the minor maintenance completed. And to add poison, they did not even wash the vehicle. All of the 40 customers in the waiting room were angry with the wait... The servicemen said that the dealership had "overbooked". I am a great believer in Toyota but I will never visit this dealership again. Terry Chapman More
