AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers

Made an appointment on Autonation Website. They sent me reminders and the option to cancel if needed. Appointment was on time, the person who took my car listened to everything I said (car was for schedule reminders and the option to cancel if needed. Appointment was on time, the person who took my car listened to everything I said (car was for scheduled warrranty service and since it’s a Toyota it had nothing wrong, just tire rotation and scheduled inspection). Lobby was nice, coffee, TV with news, nice A/C. Car was done like in 1.5 hours . I have nothing to complain. In the other 2 visits : same good service . Thanks !. More

Well I like my car but when I bought it the sales agent told me that the car was service and it was not. My wife took my care too get a oil change and asked the service manager for the print out and she sa told me that the car was service and it was not. Tried to schedule service , got sent to 3rd world country. Showed up for appointment only to find I didn’t have an appointment even though I had an email saying I did. Called to talked to Service Manager had to leave a message on his phone and NEVER got a call back. Your service department is a mess and I have no plans to ever return. More

repair cost is reasonable. however waiting 6 hours for fuel injection service and rear brake service is highly disappointing. You also discontinued van service to Edison Mall. I have always had a good experience at the dealership. I bought a new toyota from the Fort Myer dealership in 2020. Dealing with the sales rep. and a manager by compunicating by phone from upstate NY. for t bought a new toyota from the Fort Myer dealership in 2020. Dealing with the sales rep. and a manager by compunicating by phone from upstate NY. for the purchase was so easy. They answered all my questions, took photos for me. I had the auto shipped to me. They were very helpful with getting ready on a schedule for pick up. I just had an service appointment at the Fort Myers service center last week. From being greed,by a young service rep. to when the mechanic brought me my auto once he was finished was friendly and respectful service. I do recommend a Toyota vehicle (this isn't my 1st toyota) and the Fort Myer's Toyota dealership. Thank you, Joanne Gleason More
