I took my car for an Urgent recall. It was a very difficult process to get an appointment. I took the car to the dealership. In the bay, one person asked if I had an appointment. I said yes a recall. difficult process to get an appointment. I took the car to the dealership. In the bay, one person asked if I had an appointment. I said yes a recall. She asked if I would be staying. I said yes I have no other options. She took the car. We sat down and waited. No one spoke to me other than a young woman who asked if I was Sally. She said your car is ready it is outside. she handed me my key, a piece of paper, and told us to have a good day. Yes, it was a great visit. More

It took 2 and one half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That is too long for these services. I said I had to be done in 2 and one half hours and was told that that was not enough time to look at rotation. That is too long for these services.
