Only my second oil change on my new car, supposed to be complimentary, and was never told otherwise by rep. After 3.5 hrs was then charged $128.01 for oil change/rotation. Donald met me right away at my appointment time and gave me the straight scoop, that it would be a 2-4 hour wait for an oil change. I appreciated that. I had other plans, so could not stay. I got the impression that this is the norm so I will try another Toyota dealership. I don't have the option of dropping off the car for a day. AutoNation should not be overbooking appointments. As a "waiter", the amenities were very few in the waiting area. It was missing several comfort items that I get at my dealership in MN: Coffee, tea, water, TV, study desks, popcorn, fresh baked cookies. I could do without these things, but not for 2-4 hours. I won't be back until they fix their appt scheduling. More

I have always found the AutoNation service dealers to be friendly and professional, and the service on my car has been good. The time waiting for this service, which is usually maintenance, is around two ho friendly and professional, and the service on my car has been good. The time waiting for this service, which is usually maintenance, is around two hours. Yesterday it was one hour because I had only a tire rotation for this maintenance service. If this is how long it takes to make sure the job is done right, so be it. For a while I was having trouble with the online appointment chat and call-in appointment service, both of whom were telling me that I couldn’t wait for my car during service visits, which I knew wasn’t correct. However, when I called in last week to make yesterday’s appointment, I had no problem at all with that. More
